Thomas Padding is a paralegal at The Legal Group. He primarily focuses on commercial contracts and legal issues at the intersection of law and technology.
Thomas obtained his Master’s degree in Law from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, specializing in Internet, Intellectual Property, and ICT law. During and after his studies, he gained extensive practical experience at several major law firms, including Houthoff, Hogan Lovells, and NautaDutilh. There, he worked on IP and IT-related matters and assisted in complex legal cases.
At The Legal Group, Thomas is involved in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and general terms and conditions. He combines an analytical perspective with a practical approach and enjoys contributing to legally sound and workable solutions.
