Most impactful case?
The case that has stuck with me most so far is a summary proceedings that we conducted on behalf of an artist against a major record label. The case was about whether the artist agreement on behalf of the artist had been rightly annulled. We invoked the new copyright law in that case. After a hectic hearing lasting more than six hours, the case was resolved and our client was released from her contract. We were then able to secure a whole new lucrative deal for this client. I will not soon forget the relief and happiness of this client due to the profit on this major record label.
